Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas la climatisation dans les chambres ou un ventilateur lors des périodes de chaleur. Studio propre et spacieux. Très bon accueil.
L'accueil au Kosy Art'&Facts de Nancy est toujours très efficace et chaleureux. La résidence est calme. Les appartements sont bien équipés, très propres et très bien entretenus, donnant l'impression qu'ils sont toujours neufs.

Un havre de calme et de sérénité à l'écart du centre de Nancy mais à portée immédiate, grâce aux transports en commun, de toutes les curiosités et commodités de cette ville d'une vitalité hors du commun. Un personnel attentif, toujours prêt à améliorer votre séjour.
