News Coronavirus and booking cancellation
KOSY Appart’Hotels and its distributor partner sites record your reservations with different cancellation conditions depending on the selected rate.
Our general conditions of sale provide for the possibility of canceling your stay with however maximum deadlines to be respected before your arrival date.
Preferential rates are also offered with specific conditions such as “non-cancellable / non-refundable reservation”
In view of the European and international health situation facing Coronavirus, we specify below the cancellation conditions applicable to force majeure. These relate to :
- All bookings made by travelers from mainland China or from establishments in that region scheduled for arrival until March 31, 2020 inclusive.
- All bookings made by travelers from Italy or with establishments located in this country whose arrival date is scheduled until April 3, 2020 inclusive.
- All bookings made by travelers from / to establishments in these regions of South Korea: Daegu and Cheongdo District, scheduled to arrive until March 31, 2020 inclusive.
Force majeure also applies to reservations made by travelers returning from an area affected by the coronavirus, and not being allowed to enter the country in which they wish to travel.
In addition to the areas mentioned above, the situation of force majeure also applies to individual cases for which a customer is unable to travel / make his stay due to infection by the Coronavirus.
If your reservation has been the subject of a prepayment or a deposit payment, and your cancellation request falls within the framework of application of cases of force majeure, Kosy Appart’Hotels cancels your reservation and reimburses you the amounts paid or offers you a credit to use before 12/31/2020 in its residences.
If your reservation does not fall within the scope of cancellation due to force majeure, the conditions accepted at the reservation apply.
